**The final manuscript should be a Microsoft Word template (A4 template) or LaTeX template. Authors are required to submit papers with a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages. An additional 2 pages may be added for a fee of USD50 (RM200) per page, making the total maximum length 8 pages.
